Information we collect

When you preorder, Stripe collects the contact, payment, billing, and shipping details required to process and fulfill your order. Cylumi receives order and fulfillment information from Stripe, but does not receive your full card number.

How we use it

We use order information to process payment, provide updates, deliver your necklace, prevent fraud, and support your purchase. We do not sell personal information.

Audio privacy

The necklace analyzes sound on the device to drive its visuals. The current product does not upload ambient audio to this website.
