When you are charged

Your card is charged when you place the preorder. The displayed total does not include any taxes or shipping charges that Stripe may calculate and show before you confirm payment.

Estimated fulfillment

Orders are expected to be ready in 4–6 weeks. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Cancellations and returns

This is a draft launch policy: preorder cancellations requested before shipment receive a full refund. After delivery, unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days; customers cover return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Review and approve this policy before enabling live Stripe payments.
